Commencement of Odd Semester & Fee Payment Instructions

  • It is hereby informed that the Odd Semesters (3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th) of various academic programs will be commencing w.e.f. 1st July 2025.
  • In this regard, all students are required to pay the semester fees within 10 days from the date of commencement through the prescribed modes of payment.

Important Guidelines


1.    Cheque Payment

  • Students opting to pay via cheque must submit it at the Admin Section of their respective Institute.
  • The cheque should clearly mention the Enrolment Number, Student’s Name, and Mobile Number on the reverse side.
  • Do not deposit the cheque directly into the bank.


2.    Online Payment Option

  • Though payment should preferably be made by cheque, students may pay via the online mode provided in the link below.
  • In such cases, the previously submitted post-dated cheque will be returned upon submission of valid online payment proof to the Admin Section.


3.    Prohibited Payment Methods

  • Payments made directly through NEFT/RTGS/Cash Deposit to the University or College bank accounts, or any staff accounts/third person will not be accepted, as such transactions are prohibited by the university. 

Important Note

  • Students facing genuine financial difficulties may submit a written request to the Principal of their respective Institute on the commencement of the semester only. The decision on such requests will be communicated after due verification.
  • Students availing Government Scholarships, Education Loans, or support from Charitable Trusts, Government, or Companies must submit a written intimation to the Principal’s office on commencement of the semester only. They are also required to apply to the concerned sponsoring body with all necessary documents before the fee payment deadline.


Late Fee

  • Failure to pay the fees within the stipulated time or non-compliance with the above instructions will attract a late fee of ₹100/- per day. The collected late fee will be utilised for strengthening the Student Book Bank.

Process Step

  1. Open Student Web Portal (https://erp.ganpatuniversity.ac.in/) Click Here
  2. Login with your User ID (enrolment no) and Password.
  3. Go to Transaction >> Pay Institute Fees Online (ICICI Payment Gateway)  Screen 
  4. Select Payment Mode Option 
  5. Process for Payment with respective payment mode.
  6. Generated Acknowledgement after successful payment by Payment Gateway
Guideline for Payment of Fee using HDFC Payment Gateway

Process Step

  1. Open Student Web Portal (https://erp.ganpatuniversity.ac.in/) Click Here
  2. Login with your User ID (enrolment no) and Password.
  3. Go to Transaction >> Pay Institute Fees Online (HDFC Payment Gateway)  Screen 
  4. Select Payment Mode Option 
  5. Process for Payment with respective payment mode.
  6. Generated Acknowledgement after successful payment by Payment Gateway

Guideline for Payment of Fee For International students

Process Step

  1. Click on the "Pay Now" button below 
  2. Fill in Personal and Enrollment Number detail (if not available then use 00000) 
  3. Type  your Correct Program / Course and Institute Name (Discuss with the university Representative in case of assistance)
  4. Select Payment Mode Option (USD/INR) and Amount you wish to transfer
  5. Process for Payment with respective payment mode.
  6. Generated Acknowledgement after successful payment by Payment Gateway and share to University representative on int.admission@ganpatuniversity.ac.in
