Dr. Sanjay has over 16 years of extensive work experience in academia, focusing on developing the capacities of students in the field of the development sector, alongside academic administration. He completed his Ph.D. in Management with a research focus on Social Entrepreneurial Intention among University Students. It has been an exhilarating journey for him. He has a strong focus on governance and policy, social business, startups, emerging practices in the development sector, and impact investing.

He possesses expertise in defining strategies to lead activities that enable organizations to unlock their true potential. He holds a unique capacity to engage diverse stakeholders in leading multi-sectoral, small to large, high-social impact projects.

Dr. Sanjay is an active member of many international and national organizations, such as The International Association of Schools of Social Work, the International Organization for Educational Development, New Delhi, the National Association of Professional Social Work in India, ISTD, and many more.
