In today’s goal driven society, youth are capable of generosity, solidarity and loyalty. Having a contingency plan is nothing new to Corporate world , especially those willing to take great risks for the chance at even greater gains. Dating back to the Civil War, the art of crafting a 'plan B' required developing a contingency plan in case the ideal plan of attack did not work out. Like soldiers going into war, employees have the opportunity to plan in advance, taking into account alternative business models and routes to success, by embracing the uncontrollable measures standing in the way of them achieving their dreams. Thus with this intention A session on Plan C for Consistent Success was delivered by Dr. Sanjeev Dixit

Sir, elaborated on even though one hopes that they will never have to resort to their back-up plan, this does not change its importance, since they might have to rely on it in the future. Sir emphasized on if one has the ability to use forward- thinking enough to make a plan C, it should be just as great as plan A and plan B. Sir elaborated on use of new HR analytics is changing HR. It enables HR to:
· Make better decisions using data
· Create a business case for HR interventions
· Test the effectiveness of these interventions
· Move from an operational partner to a tactical, or even strategic partner
