About the Speaker:
Sir is MBA from Institute of management ,development and research. Sir is also Ph.D in “effects of Zen meditation on unconscious mind” from the St. clement university Australia . Mr. menon is chife executive officer of www.tips4ceo.com one of the India’s oldest portal , sir is also conducting ZeNLP workshop for corporate sectors and companies such as HAL,HTC and ITI about 2500 people benefited from sir and team’s workshop in the last three years along with that sir is also visiting faculty member of Xavier institute of management and entrepreneurship .
About the Session:
This training provided the students with skills that allowed them to understand and apply the process of creativity and innovation. Further, it explained practice tools that can greatly enhance creativity and effectiveness in problem solving. Participants will be able to apply these skills both personally and professionally. The session also involved about understanding people by using mental maps by using an innovative techniques. The session classified people into Auditory, Kinesthetic and Visuals and the speaker helped the audience understand how to convince each personality using innovation. There was a clear message “Don’t try to outshout the crowd” but one should try differentiation.
