“One Day Workshop on Factor Analysis Using SPSS & STC on Time Series Econometrics using R” conducted by Dr. Jayesh Patel on 29th Feb, 2020 & 1st March, 2020.
To address challenges and opportunities in the field of research, and to help researchers to research an accurate and meaningful way, numerous software products have developed. SPSS is one of the most popular software used by researchers widely as SPSS has enabled academicians and researchers to obtain valuable information from the data. Thus with the association with B.K. School of Business Management, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad and GUNI- V.M. Patel Institute of Management organized a 2-day Workshop on Factor Analysis using SPSS and STC on Time Series Econometrics using R. A total of 9 Participant from Academicians to students has participated in the workshop. The following content of statistics & Data Analysis discussed like Testing of Hypothesis, Testing of Normality, Regression Analysis, Factor Analysis Installing R for Windows, Script, History, Workspace R Commander, R interface, R Console, R Studio Data Structures, Vectors, Matrices, Arrays, Lists, Data frames and practical exposure of the software is provided to the participants for their better understanding and decision oriented analysis. The output of the workshop was well received and the participant had a good learning experience from the workshop.
