🌟 Event Highlight – GD Mastery: Cracking the Group Discussion Code 🌟
Organized by: Training & Placement Cell, GUNI - VMPIM
On August 30th, 2025, the Training & Placement Cell hosted an impactful workshop, “GD Mastery: Cracking the Group Discussion Code,” led by Mrs. Chandni J. Vidani (Somyani) J. Vidani, renowned Corporate and Educational Trainer. This session equipped our students with essential tools and strategies to excel in group discussions, a critical component of campus placements and professional success.
Key Learning Outcomes:
Techniques to confidently initiate, participate in, and close a group discussion.
Importance of effective communication, active listening, and presenting structured arguments.
Real-world practice sessions that enhanced students’ adaptability, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
Guided by insightful interaction and practical activities, MBA students gained both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, boosting their confidence for future GDs and interviews. Such initiatives reiterate our commitment to holistic development and career readiness.
